Paul Brazil is a native of Dunmore, Pennsylvania and a graduate of Dunmore High School. For his undergraduate education, he attended Bloomsburg University where he majored in political science. He then went on to earn his JD from Widener University School of Law.

Prior to joining Muller Brazil, Ms. McCullough worked as an Assistant Public Defender at the Knox County Public Defender’s Community Law Office in Knoxville, Tennessee through the Gideon’s Promise Program. Ms. McCullough graduated from Syracuse University College of Law and the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science.
