Paul Brazil is a founding member of Muller Brazil, LLP, and My Vaccine Lawyer. Mr. Brazil is an experienced lawyer in the areas of vaccine injury, medical injury, mass torts, bad faith, and worker’s compensation. Mr. Brazil currently devotes the majority of his practice to aggressively fighting for the victims of vaccine reactions/injuries, unsafe drugs, and defective medical devices.
Mr. Brazil has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for his clients. He litigates injury claims in the federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program for a variety of vaccine injuries including: flu shot injuries, DTAP/TDAP vaccine injuries, HPV vaccine injuries, and more.
In 2015, Mr. Brazil was featured in a national CBS news story regarding SIRVA (shoulder injury related to vaccine administration) injuries. The segment helped to bring awareness to the important issue of shoulder injuries caused by the improper administration of vaccinations such as the flu shot. That story can be seen here.
Prior to forming My Vaccine Lawyer, Mr. Brazil worked as an attorney at a large Philadelphia insurance defense firm, where he specialized in general liability defense and worker’s compensation defense. Mr. Brazil also worked in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where he maintained a general practice including estate planning, family law, and worker’s compensation, amongst other areas.
Mr. Brazil is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law and Bloomsburg University. While in law school, Mr. Brazil worked in the Consumer Bankruptcy Clinic representing clients in debt collection and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Brazil also interned for the Honorable C. Theodore Fritsch, Jr. of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.
